You agree not to use KosherAgent or any associated APIs to:

Engage in or facilitate illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or sale of regulated goods without proper authorization.
Attempt to identify, deanonymize, or harass any other user of the service.
Send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or perform robocalling on behalf of third parties.
Bypass safety controls, content filters, or rate limits.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service except as allowed by law.
Use the service to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review.
Use the service in safety-of-life contexts (911, medical emergencies, suicide hotlines). KosherAgent is not designed for emergency response.
Train competing AI models on output produced by the service.
Resell access to the service without a written partnership agreement.
Use the service in violation of third-party terms (e.g., booking partner restrictions).

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations and report illegal activity to law enforcement.
