Audio is encrypted in transit. Transcripts are kept briefly to give your assistant useful context, then deleted on a published schedule. We name every sub-processor we use and never sell or train on your conversations.

Is this kosher-certified?
KosherAgent is built for the Orthodox community with input from rabbinic advisors. The product itself is software — there is no food product to certify — but our content filters, Shabbos handling, and answer style are all designed for community standards.
Do you record my calls?
Audio is processed in real-time and retained briefly to operate the service (transcripts and summaries help your assistant remember context). Full retention details and your delete rights are in our Privacy Policy.
What happens on Shabbos?
Outbound reminder calls are paused from candle-lighting through havdalah. Inbound calls still work for emergencies, but the agent declines non-essential tasks during Shabbos and Yom Tov.
Does my spouse hear my conversations?
No. Each enrolled household member has a private profile. The agent identifies you by voice and routes the call to your private state — your spouse and children cannot access your conversations.
Is this an app?
No. KosherAgent works over a regular phone call. Smartphones, dumb phones, and community-standard kosher phones all work. There is nothing to install.
